Safe & Sound Security warrants all work we perform. We will also warrant any parts or equipment that we sell and install. If, for any reason, your equipment fails to perform as according to the product specifications, we will make every effort to ensure that your system is operating up to the standards that was originally contracted for.
Safe & Sound Security will gladly replace or repair any product that is defective, provided the product is with-in the manufacturers warranty period and it has not been damaged through mishandling, abused or used in a manner other than its intended purpose. We will replace any defective unit with a comparable one if the original unit is not available or cannot be repaired. Shipping charges will apply and proof of purchase will be required.
Safe & Sound Security will not be held liable for any damages to premises, theft of belongings or property, or any other event which may result due to equipment malfunction, improper maintenance, tampering, lapse in monitoring services or neglect of equipment.
Equipment, product substitutions or repairs are done at the sole discretion of Safe & Sound Security.
