Why should I have a monitored Security System?
With Safe & Sound Alarm Systems, your home or business is protected, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Think of the peace of mind you will have knowing that when you are at home or away, your property is protected. With a residential alarm system, you, your family members and your cherished possessions are shielded from robbery. You will have full use of three panic buttons (police, medical, and fire) located on the keypad. Our systems have a silent forced alarm code feature, use this option if you are ever worried about an intruder. When an alarm is detected, you will be contacted (work, cell, pager) and the proper authorities will be notified (police or guard service). Installing an alarm system could save you money on your insurance premiums!
What if I have pets?
Our latest design in motion sensors allows for pet movement while still providing protection. A pet immune motion sensor is specifically designed so that a pet under a certain weight will not cause an alarm. This is achieved through state of the art, dual sensor technology, located in the motion device.
What if I accidentally set off the alarm?
First, remain calm, then simply enter your four digit security code. If your system still doesn't disarm, press clear and try your code again. Then get your account information (that contains your account number, the monitoring stations phone number and Safe & Sound Securities phone number) and call the monitoring station to advise them that you accidentally tripped your alarm. You will need to tell the monitoring station your password and account number.
Will it take long to install my security system?
This all depends on the size of the system, accessibility for wiring and the type of structure. The typical "Free Alarm" system usually takes half a day to a day to install.
How can my business benefit from cameras?

What will happen if there is a power failure?
The systems we utilize have a back-up supply battery, housed in the control panel, for this emergency. It will recharge itself once the power returns.
Can the system be armed when we are in for the evening?
Yes, arming your system in "STAY MODE" disarms the interior motion detector(s) for freedom of movement while keeping the perimeter armed.
Can I remotely monitor my business on the internet?
Depending on the system, you can monitor your premises remotely from any computer with an internet connection, anywhere in the world. Let us help you match a system to fit your needs.
Do you only accept Pay Pal for online purchases?
Yes, in order to keep costs down and still retain absolute security, we exclusively
use PayPal for all of our online transactions.
The product I bought is defective, will you replace it?
Safe and Sound Security will gladly replace any product that is defective, provided the product is with-in the manufacturers warranty period and it has not been damaged through mishandling, abused or used in a manner other than its intended purpose. We will replace with comparable unit if the defective one is not available. Shipping charges will apply and proof of purchase is required.
